Gauvain takes the Timico Feature
It was not quite the Gold Cup but Parham and Cheltenham clearly come alike to Gauvain. Having pinged the first he was given a confident ride and never saw another rival as he won as he liked to take the Timico feature.
The day started with the Lewis lads Ashley and Owen winning two of the three pony races, with a report that Bongo Bays rider Owen may of even had to contend with broken tack. Nonetheless they were very impressive.
Halley won the middle of the three races with Boris Ball holding of the late challenge of Seasons Penny Black before surviving a stewards enquiry.
All the riders were brilliant and deserved all the plaudits they got.
All in All a lovely day was enjoyed by all at Parham thanks to all the sponsors and The Crawley and Horsham Hunt and it's definitely worth a visit if you ever get the chance!!!!
